At Old American Publishing, we like specialty cookbooks because
they tend to sell very well.
If you want to stage a fund raiser for your local scouting organization or the high school football team and think you have a killer idea for a regional cookbook, send us a query letter. We like area cookbooks with a theme behind them. However, if your Aunt Maudie was a great cook and passed down all her favorite recipes to you, that market might be a lttle too limited even for our tastes.
